Bentleyville Borough Civic Center Restroom Improvements Project
Sealed Bids for the Bentleyville Borough Civic Center Restroom Improvements Project will be received, by Bentleyville Borough, at the Bentleyville Municipal Complex, 900 Main Street, Bentleyville, PA. 15314, until 4:00 P.M. local time on Tuesday, October 3, 2023. Bids received will be publicly opened and read at 7:00 P.M. during their monthly meeting. The project consists of renovating the men’s and women’s restrooms, along with 3 unisex restrooms at Richardson Park.
The Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday September 26, 2023, at 10:00 AM at the project location of Richardson Park, Bentleyville, PA 15314.

The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Widmer Engineering Inc., 225 West Crawford Avenue, Connellsville, PA 15425. Electronic PDF copies, suitable for printing, of the Contract Documents may be viewed and downloaded at the Widmer Engineering website, www.widmerengineering.com under the “Bids” tab. Electronic PDF documents are available at no charge. Hard copies will not be distributed.
A Bid Bond is required to execute the agreement for this Project and prevailing wages will be used.
Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons who are registered as having obtained Contract Documents.
