Fox Run Road Slide Repair



Perry Township, Greene County, Pennsylvania shall accept sealed bids at the Office of the Township, 799 Big Shannon Run Road, Mt. Morris, PA  15349 until 2:00 PM November 12, 2019 for the Fox Run Road Slide Repair. Bids shall be opened publicly on the same day at 6:00 PM.

The project involves the replacement of approximately 185 linear feet of existing deteriorated slide area within the Township limits. The Invitation, preparation and submittal of bidding requirements, all materials furnished and all work shall conform to all applicable parts of the contract documents.

Each proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Bank Check, Money Order, or Bidder Surety Bond equaling ten (10) percent of the bid amount as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract shall be entered into and its’ performance properly secured. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the time set for the bid opening.

Bids, whether mailed or delivered in person, shall be sealed and marked “Fox Run Road Slide Repair“.

Upon successful award of the contract, a 100% Performance, 100% Payment and 100% Maintenance Bond shall be required.

The minimum wage rates for each craft or classification of all workmen needed to perform each contract during the anticipated term hereof shall be governed by the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rate Determination attached to the bidding documents.

The Township reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids and to award the contract in the best interest of the Township.
