CONNELLSVILLE REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
CITY OF CONNELLSVILLE, FAYETTE COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
Sealed Bids for House Demolition at 246 South Prospect Street. The work consists of disconnecting utilities, complete demolition of existing structure, backfilling, re-grading the lot, placing topsoil as needed, erosion and sediment control, and seeding and mulching. Bids will be received, by the Connellsville Redevelopment Authority, at their office located at 124 West Crawford Avenue, Connellsville, Pa 15425, until 4:00 P.M. local time on August 17, 2020. The Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read aloud at 6:00 P.M. local time on August 17, 2020.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Widmer Engineering Inc., 225 West Crawford Avenue, Connellsville, PA 15425. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am -12:00pm and 1:00pm – 4:00pm.
Electronic PDF copies, suitable for printing, of the Contract Documents may be viewed and downloaded at the Widmer Engineering website @ https://widmerengineering.com under the tab “Bids”. Electronic PDF documents are available at no charge. Hard copies will not be distributed.
The Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to the Owner. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within ten (10) days after the contract is awarded. A one year maintenance bond shall be furnished upon completion of the project.
Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons who are registered as having obtained Contract Documents.
THE OWNER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL PROPOSALS.
