Requests for clarification during the bidding phase shall be forwarded by email to rochtwpbids@widmerengineering.com. Responses shall be publicly displayed on the Widmer Engineering Inc. website. All requests for clarification must be received no later than five (5) business days prior to the anticipated date of receipt of Bids.
