Work to begin on Friendship Circle August 13 in Brighton Township, PA. The project will include full depth pavement replacement, guide rail and pavement marking, in addition to a new intersection configuration at Dutch Ridge Road and Friendship Circle with concrete island and lighting.
During construction, a detour will be in place for motorists traveling to Friendship Ridge and New Horizon School. Access will be maintained via Western Avenue from Dutch Ridge Road.
Upon completion, these improvements will enhance the safety, reliability, and overall functionality of the intersection for residents, employees, visitors, and others traveling to and from the facilities located along Friendship Circle.
