PERRYMAN PUMP STATION
Sealed Bids for the Perryman Company – Installation of Perryman Pump Station will be received, by Widmer Engineering Inc, at the Widmer Engineering Inc Office, 225 West Crawford Avenue, Connellsville, PA 15425, until 4:00 P.M. local time on Thursday, March 12, 2026. Bids received will be publicly opened and read at 4:00 P.M. at Widmer Engineering Inc Office. The Project consists of constructing a new submersible pump station at 625 Technology Drive, Coal Center, PA 15423.
The Pre-Bid meeting (NOT MANDATORY) is scheduled for Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 2:00 PM at the project location of 625 Technology Drive, Coal Center, PA 15423. The project is being awarded and funded by Perryman Company.

All Bidders must provide evidence of Bid Security with their proposal. Bid Security shall be made payable to the Perryman Company in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bidder’s maximum bid price in the form of either a certified bank check or a Bid Bond, issued by a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania. Failure to submit a bid bond or certified bank check will result in the rejection of the bid.
Prevailing Wages do not apply.

Electronic PDF copies, suitable for printing, of the Contract Documents may be viewed and downloaded at the Widmer Engineering website, https://widmerengineering.com under the “Bids” tab. Hard copies will not be distributed.
Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons who are registered as having obtained Contract Documents.
All addenda will be issued to the email addresses below. Delivery confirmation to the email address provided will constitute a receipt of the addenda by the contractor. It is the contractor’s responsibility to check their email addresses at appropriate intervals. Any questions regarding the project must be sent via email to seby@widmerengineering.com. Upon completion of each field, double check your information then click “SUBMIT” and you will be directed to the download page. Incorrect or incomplete information could disqualify your bid.
