2024 SCOTTDALE PAVING #2 &
ADA CROSSWALK RAMPS #2
Sealed Bids for the construction of the SCOTTDALE PAVING #2 PROJECT with a second project of ADA CROSSWALK RAMPS #2 PROJECT will be received by Scottdale Borough, at 10 Mount Pleasant Road, New Stanton, PA 15683, until 4:00 P.M. local time on Monday, June 10, 2024, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read at 6:30 P.M. during Scottdale Borough’s regularly scheduled monthly meeting.
The 2024 Scottdale paving consists of paving 760 Tons and the replacement sidewalks with ADA Crosswalks.
A Pre-Bid conference WILL NOT be held. Any questions concerning the project, locations, and the bidding procedure can be addressed by calling Widmer Engineering at 724-626-1909 ext. 212.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Widmer Engineering Inc., 225 West Crawford Avenue, Connellsville, PA 15425. Electronic PDF copies, suitable for printing, of the Contract Documents may be viewed and downloaded at the Widmer Engineering website @ https://widmerengineering.com/ under the tab “Bids”. Electronic PDF documents are available at no charge. Hard copies will not be distributed.
A 10% Bid Bond is required to execute the agreements for the Project. Prevailing Wages will be required.
Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons who are registered as having obtained Contract Documents.

All questions and answers will be posted to the bid advertisement page. Questions will not be answered via phone calls during bid stage. Upon completion of each field, double check your information then click “SUBMIT” and you will be directed to the download page. Incorrect or incomplete information could disqualify your bid.
