ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Hanover Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania will accept sealed bids at Township Building at 11 Municipal Drive, Burgettstown, PA 15021 until 3:00 P.M., on May 13, 2024 for the project list below and at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Consideration of the bids will be presented to the Supervisors on May 16, 2024 @ 7:30 PM.
2024 Paving – Hanover Township
Invitation, preparation, submittal, bidding requirements, all materials furnished and all work shall conform to the current specifications of PennDOT Form 408, current edition and appropriate bulletins. Contractor must be PennDOT pre-qualified.
Bidding documents shall be available only via download from the Widmer Engineering Inc. website at: widmerengineering.com under “Bids”. Requests for clarification must be submitted by email only to tsadaka@widmerengineering.com. The responses shall be publicly displayed on the Widmer Engineering Inc. website. All requests for clarification must be received no later than five (5) business days prior to the anticipated date of receipt of Bids.
All work must be completed in sixty (60) calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP).
The minimum wage rates for each craft or classification of all workmen needed to perform this contract during the anticipated term hereof shall be governed by State Prevailing Wage Rates.
The Township reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the best interest of the Township.
