ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The City of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, Pennsylvania will accept sealed bids at the Office of the City, 715 15th Street, Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, 15010 until 2:00 P.M., May 3, 2024 for the project: Beaver Falls Various Streets Drainage.
Plans, specifications and bid documents are available only via download from the Widmer Engineering web site at: widmerengineering.com under bids.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank check, money order or bidder surety bond in the amount specified in instructions to bidders as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into, and its performance properly secured.
Bids will be opened publicly by the City Manager on the date and hour set above for the bid closing. Bids will be considered by City Council at its meeting at 7:00 P.M. on May 14, 2024.
The minimum wage rates for each craft or classification of all workmen needed to perform this contract during the anticipated term hereof shall be governed by State Prevailing Wage Rates.
The City of Beaver Falls reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the best interest of the City.
